Terms of service
The agreement for accessing and using ShowTrack.
1. Eligibility and business use
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use ShowTrack for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. ShowTrack is intended for business inventory and live-selling operations.
2. Accounts and authorized users
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing the users and permissions within your organization. Accounts and access rights may not be sold or transferred without our written permission.
3. The service
ShowTrack provides tools for inventory, purchasing, receiving, show preparation, sold-item scanning, imported sales data, and reconciliation. Available features may vary by account, platform, or release. We may improve, replace, add, or remove features, and we will provide notice when a material change reasonably requires it.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of information and content you or your authorized users enter, upload, scan, or import into ShowTrack (“Customer Data”). You grant RDM Code a limited right to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of Customer Data and for obtaining any permissions needed to process customer, buyer, supplier, shipment, employee, and marketplace information. Our handling of personal information is described in the App Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services and imports
You may choose to use ShowTrack with exports or information from third-party marketplaces, carriers, or other services. You are responsible for complying with those services’ terms and for ensuring you may provide the information to ShowTrack. Third-party services are controlled by their providers; we do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or compatibility.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use ShowTrack to violate law or another person’s rights; access another account without authorization; introduce malware; interfere with or probe the service; bypass security or access controls; scrape or overload the service; reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; or use the service to build or train a competing product without written permission.
7. Fees and subscriptions
Fees, billing frequency, renewal, usage limits, and cancellation terms will be shown in the applicable order, checkout, subscription, or other written agreement. You authorize the stated payment method and agree to pay applicable taxes. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are nonrefundable. Ending access or deleting an account does not by itself cancel a separately managed subscription.
8. RDM Code property
ShowTrack, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and all related intellectual property other than Customer Data, belongs to RDM Code or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ShowTrack for your internal business operations.
9. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but we are not required to implement it.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep ShowTrack available and reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, security events, internet or provider failures, or circumstances outside our control. Beta, preview, or evaluation features may change or stop without notice and may be less reliable than generally released features.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ShowTrack at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. When practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Account deletion is described on the account deletion page.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, ShowTrack is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. ShowTrack is an operational aid; you remain responsible for checking inventory, costs, orders, shipment details, imported sales, tax treatment, and business decisions.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RDM Code and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business, or data arising from ShowTrack. Our total liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for ShowTrack during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
14. Legal compliance
You will use ShowTrack in compliance with applicable laws, including privacy, consumer protection, export, and sanctions laws. You are responsible for your own accounting, tax, product, marketplace, and recordkeeping obligations.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
