Purchase
Create supplier purchase orders with category quantities, supplier cost, shipping, tariffs, shipments, and expected delivery details. This establishes the source and cost context before inventory arrives.
ShowTrack keeps the source, identity, cost, status, and eventual sale of each physical item connected. The live show stays focused on selling; inventory scanning happens afterward.
Each stage adds information to the same unit-level record instead of creating another spreadsheet to reconcile later.

Open the receipt on a phone, select the expected category, and scan each item’s unique QR tag. ShowTrack records the unit against its supplier, purchase order, receipt, category, and goods cost.
During the live show, apply physical sale tags beginning with 001 as items sell. There is no ShowTrack scanning step while the seller is live.
After the show, upload the Whatnot show export and select the sequence style used for that show. Then scan sold QR tags in sale-tag order so each physical unit can be matched to its corresponding sale.
See which units remain on hand and review allocated sales, estimated selling fees, recorded goods cost, profit, and profit per item by date range, show, or category.
ShowTrack is organized around individual inventory units, not only a product name or an aggregate quantity.
