What the ShowTrack application processes and why.
ShowTrack is operated by RDM Code, LLC. This policy applies to the ShowTrack application at app.showtrack.live and any ShowTrack mobile application that links to this policy. The separate public marketing website is covered by the website privacy policy.
Name, business email, optional phone number, organization, account status, permissions, password hash, security tokens, preferences, and sign-in or password-reset activity. Tag mailings and orders also use the recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address.
Items, descriptions, notes, suppliers and contacts, purchase orders, receipts, shipments, tracking numbers, carriers, costs, show records, fees, taxes, and sold-item sequences.
When an authorized user imports marketplace sales data, it may include order and product details, buyer usernames, prices, timestamps, shipment and tracking identifiers, and delivery addresses or postal codes.
Inventory identifiers, scan order, time, user, device results, and an image captured during a confirmed scan when the scan workflow is used.
The scanner asks for camera permission only when a user starts camera scanning. QR recognition happens on the device, but a confirmed scan may upload and retain a still image with the inventory record to document and verify the scan. That image can include the QR label, the item, and anything else visible in the frame. ShowTrack does not request microphone access. Where offered, manual entry can be used instead of the camera. The app may use device vibration or a locally generated sound as scan feedback.
ShowTrack and its hosting providers may process IP address, browser or device type, session identifiers, timestamps, request and error logs, and security events to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service. If you contact support, we process your message and the information you choose to provide. Account and password-reset emails are delivered through an email service provider.
If you select TikTok Pixel in the public website’s Privacy choices, we remember that choice in a first-party consent cookie shared between showtrack.live and app.showtrack.live for up to one year. After your email is verified, your account is created, and your free trial starts, the signup confirmation page can report one StartTrial event to TikTok to measure ad results. Visiting the website, clicking Sign up, submitting the contact form, or requesting a verification email does not count as a completed signup.
The event uses a random identifier to prevent duplicate reporting. We do not add your name, email address, phone number, business name, mailing address, account or user IDs, passwords, verification tokens, or operational records to the event. TikTok may receive technical information such as IP address, browser details, page URL, ad-click information, and advertising cookies. The Pixel is not loaded on other application screens. You can change or withdraw this permission through Privacy choices in the footer of showtrack.live. Without an accepted TikTok choice in that browser, the app does not load the Pixel or send the signup event. Your choice does not affect signup or use of ShowTrack.
Information is available to authorized users within the applicable ShowTrack organization. We may provide information to vendors that host infrastructure, store data, deliver email, fulfill tag mailings and orders, or help us secure and support the service, subject to appropriate contractual or legal protections. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets with appropriate notice and safeguards.
ShowTrack may process exports from third-party marketplaces and shipment services at the user’s direction. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. ShowTrack is not responsible for their independent practices.
The organization using ShowTrack controls the business records its users enter or import. That organization is responsible for having authority to process customer, supplier, marketplace, and shipment information in ShowTrack and for managing which users can access it.
We generally retain account and operational data while the account is active and for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can differ by record type. Deleted data may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups are overwritten. We may retain limited records where law, fraud prevention, security, or an unresolved transaction requires it.
See Delete a ShowTrack account for the current request process. Removing a mobile app from a device does not delete the ShowTrack account or its data.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, protected storage locations, secure transport, and hashed passwords. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can update certain profile information in ShowTrack, control camera permission in device settings, use manual entry where available, and ask the account administrator or RDM Code, LLC to correct or delete information. Privacy rights vary by location. To make a request, email support@showtrack.live. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting.
ShowTrack is business software and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@showtrack.live.
