Tell us the account or business name, the email used to sign in, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to the problem. Device type, browser or app version, and a screenshot can help when relevant.
Keep sensitive data out of support email. We will never ask for your password. Please redact customer addresses, private access links, full inventory exports, and other information that is not needed to explain the issue.

When reporting an import or reconciliation issue, identify the show and marketplace export format without emailing the full customer-data file.
