Sale amounts are allocated across the inventory units attached to a transaction, including transactions containing more than one item.
ShowTrack combines matched show sales with estimated selling fees and each sold unit’s recorded goods cost to show profit at the show, category, and item level.
Once sold QR tags are matched to imported show rows, ShowTrack can connect each sale with the inventory units and costs behind it.

Goods cost comes from the latest recorded cost for each matched inventory unit.

If a sold unit has no recorded goods cost, ShowTrack excludes that missing cost from COGS and warns that reported profit is overstated until the cost is recorded.
Cost coverage shows how many matched sold units have the goods cost needed for a complete profit calculation.
ShowTrack provides operational estimates based on saved show settings and recorded inventory costs. It is not an accounting or tax-filing system.
