Information you choose to provide

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message, and any business or store name you provide. We also store the IP address and browser identifier associated with the submission to help limit automated abuse. If you email our support team, we receive the address, message, and other information you choose to include.

Earlier waitlist submissions remain in our records. Those submissions may include a name, email address, business or store name, selling frequency, and optional phone number, product information, referral details, or inventory challenge.

Product access

The ShowTrack application is separate from this public marketing website. Account access and product data are handled within the application, not by this website. Those practices are described in the ShowTrack app privacy policy.

How information is used

We use contact messages to answer questions about ShowTrack, and keep prior waitlist submissions and business correspondence for follow-up, recordkeeping, and the resulting business relationship. RDM Code LLC does not sell personal information.

Optional measurement and cookies

With your permission, this public website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page views, scrolling, outbound-link activity, signup-button clicks, and contact form submissions. We do not send Google Analytics names, email addresses, business names, message text, or other entries from the contact form.

Google Analytics loads only after you select it in Privacy choices. It then uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. Advertising personalization, Google signals, and user-provided data collection are disabled. Detailed event-level and user-level Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Separately, if you select TikTok Pixel in Privacy choices, we load TikTok’s advertising measurement code on this public website to record page visits and measure ad traffic. Your TikTok choice is saved in a first-party consent cookie shared with app.showtrack.live for up to one year. With that permission, the application reports a StartTrial event only after your email is verified, your account is created, and your free trial starts. We do not send TikTok contact form submission events or report visits and signup-button clicks as completed signups. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business names, message text, form responses, or lead IDs in the events we send. TikTok may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, page URL, page metadata, button interactions, and TikTok ad-click information, and may use cookies to measure ad performance. You may select either tool, both, or neither without affecting the website or contact form. You can change your choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Turning a tool off stops future measurement from this browser on this site and removes accessible first-party measurement cookies. Cookies placed by third parties may need to be removed using your browser settings.

Service providers and technical data

Hosting, email delivery, and the measurement providers you select may process basic technical information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver, measure, and secure their services. Contact messages are stored in our contact database and sent to our team through our email provider. We do not send an automatic confirmation to the address entered in the form.

This website serves its fonts, icons, stylesheets, and interface scripts from ShowTrack's own website. Loading these files does not send your IP address to Google Fonts or a third-party asset CDN. Google Analytics and TikTok Pixel are separate and load only with your permission, as described above.

Retention and security

We retain contact messages, prior waitlist submissions, and business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing support@showtrack.live.

Updates

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The current version will remain available here.
