Information you choose to provide
When you join the ShowTrack waitlist, we receive your name, email address, business or store name, selling frequency, and any optional phone number, product information, or inventory challenge you submit. If you email us, we also receive the address, message, and other information you choose to include.
Product access
The sign-in links on this website lead to the separate ShowTrack application at app.showtrack.live. Account access and product data are handled within that application, not by this public marketing website.
How information is used
We use waitlist information and business correspondence to confirm your signup, provide ShowTrack availability updates, respond to questions, evaluate whether ShowTrack fits an operation, and maintain the resulting business relationship. RDM Code LLC does not sell personal information.
Service providers and technical data
Hosting, email delivery, font, and content-delivery providers may process basic technical information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure their services.
Retention and security
We retain business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing sales@showtrack.live.
Updates
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The current version will remain available here.
